Do you have empty stalls in your barn? Or more feed than your herd will need this year? Dairylease, our cattle leasing program, is designed to help utilize your current facilities and acreage, while conserving existing lines of credit for other uses. It is the smart way to put more cows to work for you!
Dairylease Cattle Leasing
Expand your herd through this innovative program that will help you increase milk production, fully use your facilities and feed supply, and free up capital for other areas of your business. Additionally, the Dairyleasesm cattle leasing program may provide savings to your farm at tax time. Provided by Agri-Max Financial Services, LP, Dairyleasesm is a 36-month bred heifer leasing program. The lease is set up with an option to purchase the cows at the end of the lease term. All offspring belong to you and culling can be done at your discretion, with replacements being made in a timely manner.
